For new members, To order go to "place order" tab. It will take you to a self explanatory listing. Note the double confirmation process. When you submit your order you will see a list to review where you can at that point make edits or final confirm the order. On mobile devices the submit button may not appear and you will have to scroll down. You will receive the confirmation order list via email. If you do not receive the email, your order did not go through, The pick up date will be displayed on the top right.

If you order past noon on Sundays, your order will automatically be scheduled for the following Thursday pick up.Be sure to check the pick-up date is correct before confirming order. You can add the "late order fee" until 9pm Sunday. It is listed as an order item under all the foods. I will search for orders with the late fee and manually change the pick up date to the current week.

Please help the co-op keep prices as low as possible by RETURNING GLASSWARE. Please return only OUR glassware. We cannot use other glass containers other than the ones you get from us. We are no longer recycling egg cartons. Please recycle in your local blue bins.

WINTER VEGETABLES offered individually

Our expert Indiana grower has a good supply of winter veggies which will stay mostly consistent for the next 2 months so we are offering them individually. Check out the veggie section at the bottom of the list.

OLIVES JUST IN FROM SPARTA GREECE.

Whole Organic Kalamatta Olives are picked at the peak of ripeness - pitts intact to better preserve - and packed in Olive Oil from the same vineyard mixed with red wine vinegar from grapes on the same vineyard. These Olives are nice.

CHICKEN WILL BE DELIVERED FROZEN til spring.

Our dedicated chicken family will have a good supply this winter, so feel free to order as you like. All the same wholesome farming practices will be in every chicken, just delivered frozen.

RAW AGED CHEESES; A2 milk from grass fed cows

Modern cheese production, even with high end cheeses, can often contain GMO cultures or additives. All our cheese makers are midwestern small batch producers with a passion for old world cheese making techniques. NOTE: nearly all types of cheeses on this site are the same price per pound. The variance in price is related to the size of the block of cheese.

GOAT YOGURT and GOAT KEFIR.

Greek goat yogurt, goat kefir and handmade fresh goat cheese are now available. NOTE: In winter we are grateful to receive fresh raw goat milk as in the past I've seen it go away completely. That said, goats do undergo changes in their milk for winter and you may find that the greek goat yogurt is thinner. This is expected. The commercial producers cheat by adding powdered milk and gelatins to thicken. We only use milk and culture in all our yogurts and we move with the seasonal changes.

Our foods are made and grown 98% in ILLINOIS, WISCONSIN, MICHIGAN, INDIANA and PENNSYLVANIA. The other 2% accounts for our olives and olive oils imported from Sparta, Greece and Spain.
